May was a huge month for us, so I just want to start off by thanking everyone for their support with the launch of the Nomad E. I also want to thank everyone who has placed orders for our existing products and has been waiting for this update. Let's get into it!

We have officially sold out of the R3 Micros and have already finished production of the components for the R4 batch. Sometimes orders can fall through the cracks, so if you ordered an R3 Micro before April 4th, 2023 and still have not received a notification of it being shipped please reach out via social media, or a Discord support ticket (not email as our email has been flooded with all sorts of things since the launch of the Nomad E).
As mentioned in the last update, we want to improve our fulfillment speed by having the Micros assembled and packed in China. They will still be fulfilled from Canada for speedy delivery to the US, but this will allow us to deliver an even more refined product as we now have the scale to mass produce custom packaging.
The R4 batch will be a small test batch consisting of 500 units. We have already started selling them, and the first 500 backers will be able to get the updated Micro/packaging at the same $129 price as the R3 backers. However, after that, we will most likely need to increase the price to account for the increased cost of having a larger overseas production.
